Maruti 2018 S-Cross, Review, Pros and Cons, Personal Overview

The S-Cross is the Maruti Suzuki‘s crossover offering made to the INDIAN market. There are already tough competition in the market of crossover’s in India..

The car had to compete with already successful cars available in the market like the Hyundai I20 Active and Fiat Avventura.

The car is built smartly which gives it a top notch look. The facelift model has got LED headlamps and tail-lamps. The interior of the car also gives a rich, premium look.

There is ample space in the passenger cabin and the boot space is also good.. All variants come with ABS, 4 wheel disc breaks and dual airbags.

Handling is good even at high speeds. The infotainment system is also high class, it features Android Auto & Apple Carplay which is a good incentive for young buyers.

The company tried to make the car’s front more aggressive in the front, and did it, but the overall look of the car is subtle. The engine doesn’t provide enough power according to a crossover.

The engine is very mild unlike other cars in this segment. The cabin is very noisy which makes it loose its high class. The safety features are also not as good as the competitors are providing.

Personal Overview-

Overall the car has only 2 airbags which is a big disadvantage for the company according to the road accidents that take place these days.. Though the car has a good interior and a premium look from inside, the cabin is very noisy which takes away its class and premium top notch look. The engine is also not that good, its very mild according to a crossover and its competitors as well.
